Poorvi Chevli is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher (RYS 500) and a passionate advocate for nervous system regulation and emotional healing through the power of Pranayama. Having personally healed from deep mental and emotional trauma through asana, pranayama, breathwork, and nervous-system-calming practices, she now dedicates her work to helping others experience the same peace and inner freedom.
Trained at Bharatha Yoga, Mysuru, she also assisted Dr. Ami Desai in Teacher Training Course, where she lead practical sessions and supported new teachers in developing confidence, strength, and grounded presence.
Her work weaves breath, mindful movement, meditation, and functional strength to build resilience and stability in both body and mind. Her intention is to guide people toward physical, mental, and emotional freedom so they can live with clarity, joy, and their highest potential.
Rooted in yogic wisdom and mindful awareness, our teachings prioritize safety, self-observation, and compassion — empowering you to listen deeply and respond wisely.
